This past weekend, we completed a second round of tree planting as part of the Shading Our Children Project in partnership with Southwest Allen County Schools!

Thanks to a few dozen volunteers from Alpha Kappa Alpha, Regan + Ferguson Group Realty, and General Dynamics Mission Systems for helping plant a combined 100 native trees at Covington and Deer Ridge Elementary Schools. This brings the total tree count on SACS campuses to 130 so far, and we look forward to reaching our goal of 500 trees within the coming years.
